Silkscreen printing process uses a pattern to apply ink onto a new material and the ink is unnatural /covered into the net openings by the fill blade onto the printing surface. Several materials are more matched to be printed with silkscreen printing process. 

Static Transparent PVC, White PVC and so on are printing material used as material bases for silkscreen printing process. For example, car sticker, certain product labels, displays and so on.

Offset printing process is much related to our irregular rotating letterpress printing process. This process involves ink transfer from cover to rubber blanket then onto printing surface based on the revulsion of oil and water. 

Balance printing is generally used for continues printing materials and uses at the same day. The benefit is its wider size of paper feed which can print a much wider size compared to label printers.

Digital printing refers to methods of printing from a digital-based image directly to a variety of media. This process has a higher cost per page than more traditional offset printing methods, but this price is usually offset by avoiding the cost of all the technical steps required to make printing. 

In the digital printing method, the ink or toner does not infuse the substrate, as doe’s conservative ink, but forms a thin layer on the surface that may be moreover adhered to the substrate by using a fuser solution with heat up process (toner) or UV curing method (ink).

Barcode initially be scan by special visual scanner called barcode reader.
