Found in June 1992, the name Saint Print Enterprise which is a partnership company, its major work is committed to quality products and professional customer service in Various type of Printed Self Adhesive Labels in sheets of rolls, eg. Bar-code Label, name plate, pin feed computer labels, serials number label, security label, thermal label, and other general printing.

In March 1998, the Saint Print Enterprise converted into a private limited company under the MALAYSIA COMPANEIS ACT, 1965 and known as SAINT PRINT ENTERPRIST(M) SDN BHD. (Company no: 459838-T) but the principles on which our Company was founded will never change.

Saint Print Enteprice(M) Sdn. Bhd is a wholly-owned Malaysia print company which is locted at Sungai Tukang of Sungai Petani. To date, it has been in business for more then 16 years. Saint Print believes in providing quality printing sevices by having equipped with the latest machineries and keeping them at the tip-top condition to ensure high quality of work produced.

Saint Print Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia and is a label printer. Its core business is manufacturing all types of self-adhesive labels in sheets, rolls or fans form according to customer’s requirement. Self-adhesive materials consist of :

• A print carrier
• Adhesive and
• Backing paper

This forms a material which sticks to a surface through contact and pressure.
The print carrier or face paper may be standard papers, foils or synthetics depending on the desired appearance, technical requirements and printing process. 

The adhesive may be permanent or removable, and designed to cope with a specific variety of products, applications and storage needs. The backing paper or release liner provides a protection for the adhesive and is silicones for easy release.

Die-Cutting
There is many different types of die-cutting that we can suggest you for example; shapes and sizes, ranging from square, round, rectangle, rounded edge, special shapes or cuts, and so on. We will more concentrate on how to get your requirements and needs from die-cut the labels.

Hot Stamping (Gold, Silver Hologram)
Gold, Silver and Hologram papers are done with hot stamping and film equipment with hot stamping foil. From this process we can notice that it gives standard, fantastic and excellence, look of a product due to its shiny appearance.

Usually we using two types of lamination there is Gloss and Matt on customers request. This lamination process gives the label another layer of film to protect the label. This lamination method enables the label’s surface to be water proof and anti-tear and to get customer satisfaction.

UV Varnish is an ultra violet and it’s a process where another clear ink layer of UV outside layer is applied onto the label. This Varnishing process makes the label’s surface more attractive and shining appearance.

Process of perforation is where we make a tear-able part on the label in to small cuts will be ready to make the tear-able part allowing user for a smart tear off once needed. Even though creating that tear-able cut, the label can remain attached.

Embossing is an affect that creates 3D like look on the label’s surface where the image or writing of the label is embossed out creating an optical and hand over touch feeling. Moreover, it gives the feeling of the label printed has been lift up and became thicker.
